1. Provider and scope

These terms cover quotation requests and set out the conditions intended to govern booking and online payment when those functions become operational.

3. Quotations, availability and price

A quotation relates to the date, time, route, passenger numbers, vehicle and other information supplied. Availability and the final conditions must be confirmed for the requested service. Before any future online payment is enabled, the customer must be shown the applicable total price and any included or additional items, including taxes, tolls and supplements where relevant.

4. Future online booking process

If online booking and payment are activated, the process must allow the customer to review and correct the information entered, accept the applicable terms and receive confirmation appropriate to the transaction. Until that activation, no control or message on the current website should be interpreted as taking payment or confirming an online booking.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the requested service and passengers.
• Check the date, time, pick-up point, destination, vehicle and price before accepting a confirmed service.
• Respond to communications relating to the service and follow applicable safety and conduct requirements.

6. Cancellations and refunds

A booking cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

No refund will be made for a service cancelled within the 24 hours before the service.

A cancellation request made at least 24 hours in advance must be sent through the published contact channels and will be handled according to the confirmed booking conditions and mandatory law. These terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Booking changes

A change may be requested up to 6 hours before the scheduled service time. Requests received with less than 6 hours’ notice will not be accepted.

If a change is needed within the 24 hours before the service, while still respecting the 6-hour limit, the customer must contact Travellings at benalmadena@travelings.es or by WhatsApp/telephone on +34 638 223 012. A request has no effect until Travellings confirms it. Any change affecting the service or price must be communicated before confirmation.

8. Enquiries and complaints

For enquiries, incidents or complaints, contact Travellings using the email address or WhatsApp/telephone number above. Where possible, include the relevant service details and a clear description of the matter.

9. Data protection and communications

Personal data supplied through an enquiry or future booking process will be handled in accordance with the privacy information published on the site. Electronic commercial communications are subject to applicable law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts under the applicable rules, without prejudice to the mandatory rights and forums available to consumers and users.
